Assuming you already own the game, your characters can transfer to the Eye of the North content from any port city (Lion's Arch, Kaineng, Kamadan). The only condition is that your character must be at least level 10. If your level is high enough, you'll get a pop-up box when you enter one of these cities that shows you the quest you must take and complete to move to Eye of the North.How do i get to eye of the north on guild wars?
