All you have to do is add the key you recieved from your copy, then when u go to any of the port cities(kamadan,LA,KC) a quest notice will apear across the top of the screen allowing you to get to eotn through a simple questGuild wars Eye of the north expansion help?
Just add the key to your current account. When you first visit a town in EotN the game will automatically download everything you need to your client.
