What's the difference between guild wars: eye of the north and guild wars: eye of the north bear edition?

i thinking about getting eye of the north and i saw that there are 2 different ones, so whats the difference?What's the difference between guild wars: eye of the north and guild wars: eye of the north bear edition?

The standard edition contains the full game. Unlike the stand-alone chapters, Eye of the North does not add extra character slots to an existing account, and does not have a Collector's Edition. In Europe, an alternative "Bear Edition" is available featuring different cover art.
