Eye of the North for factions?

I currently have factions, will buying eye of the north add prophecies and nightfall professions (dervish and paragon) to my selection of professions? Also, will there be nightfall and prophecies skills available to me if i purchase eye of the north? Not asking about quests, just asking about skills and classes that come with eye of the north.

eye of the north is considered an expansion its not a campaign it does nothing but unlock new area and a few new skills and some quests it will not add character slots of professions
