Level 20+ to play Guild Wars Eye of the North?

I was wondering if you have to be level 20+ to play Eye of the North in Guild wars? Because i bought the expansion pack and i dont know how to play eye of the north so i need help!Level 20+ to play Guild Wars Eye of the North?
I believe the minimum level that can gain access to the quest to get you to Eye of the North would be Level 10.



However, Eye of the North is a bit of a challenge at such a low level, therefore, I would recommend that you wait until after Level 20 to venture into the North.



As for getting across to that area, you will need to activate one of the following quests:



- What Lies Beneath (obtained from Len Caldoron in Lion's Arch)

- I Feel the Earth Move Under Cantha's Feet (Minister of Maintenance Raiugyon in Kaineng Center)

- Hole of Istan (Bendah in Kamadan)

You have to be at least lvl 10 to access eye of the north. The game gives your character a boost in health and armor to make up the difference so it's as if you're playing as a lvl 20 character. Eye of the north can get challenging at times, so you may want to get used your specific character before venturing over there. You do get some lvl 20 heros as soon as you get to eye of the north, so that can help you with whatever campaign you're currently on.Level 20+ to play Guild Wars Eye of the North?
