You dont have to actually purchase the game cd to be able to play it. You can just purchase the code for it from the website even. Like right now GuildWars is offering the free Eye of the North trial, and you wont have to use a cd to play the trial--it'll just download it to your computer.Able to play guild wars eye of the north with guild wars prophecies cd?

Currently Guild Wars Eye of the North is having a bonus trial, which is helpful if you are debating whether or not to get it. GWEN is actually a continuation of Guild Wars, so it is only natural they share a map. So don't worry bout' it and only worry about the bottom half of the map which is the Guild Wars section.
